Join the #5DaysFearless Challenge

I’ve got fear on my mind.

Yes, indeed.

I keep talking to people and something keeps playing out over and over.

We’re in the beginning of this New Year. Everyone is still talking about what they want to do in 2016, but the chatter is starting to subside. People are getting back into the daily grind and sidetracked with obligations, family, and work. And, the fears are starting to grow.

“What if I can’t keep eating well?”

“I started to miss some of the workouts I promised I would commit to…”

“I’m not sure that I can really reach that goal this year…”

“I’m too busy taking care of the kids…”

“What if I don’t make that money this year…”

“Is he going to leave me?”

“Maybe it isn’t that important…”

Fear is a natural human emotion.

As animals, fear keeps us safe and let’s us know how and when to react to danger. Fear also can keep us from being and doing the things we want in life.

People come to me for change.

The biggest sticking point is-

In theory we like change. In practice, not so much.

As humans, we can really over think situations and avoid, at all costs, getting out of our comfort zone.

Outside the comfort zone, things are messy. Emotions get stirred up. What-ifs, loom up. The unknown and untested are scary. No one likes to feel uncomfortable or wants to experience failure.

The thing is-

[Tweet “If you want to change, you need to change.”]

I titled my book CLEAR: How to Simplify Your Life & Live More Fearlessly. I get asked why Live More Fearlessly? Why not- Be Fearless? No fear? Just- Live Fearlessly?

I don’t believe its possible to be fearless 100% of the time. Everyone deals with fear. Even the most confident person experiences fear. I want to get people to live more fearlessly than they currently are. Outside that comfort zone is where the magic happens. It is where we experience personal growth, reward, success, and the essence of life.

I want to help YOU live more fearlessly.

I would like to invite you to join my #5DaysFearless Challenge!

This Challenge will take place starting Monday January 18th to Friday January 22nd. It will take less than 15 minutes a day. Over 5 days, I will guide you in different ways to LIVE MORE FEARLESSLY. Each challenge is designed to get you out of your comfort zone and support you in the process. I will NOT ask you to take risks like jumping out of a plane. This is not what the challenge is about. The challenge is about flexing your fearless muscle so you can begin to change your relationship with fear and open yourself to live the life you want.

How it’s going to work:

#1. Sign up HERE. You will receive an email each day, with the day’s challenge. Part of the fearlessness, is saying YES not knowing what you are getting into. I promise that none of the challenges will put you in harm’s way. If you don’t like the day’s challenge, you don’t need to do it. However, I guarantee that the challenges you don’t want to do, are the ones you need the most. Most importantly, we are going to have fun!

#2. Use the hashtag #5DaysFearless. This hashtag will enable you to find other people taking part in the challenge on social media, primarily on Instagram and Twitter. It will also enter you into a pool to win prizes! Each time you post a photo of you accomplishing your challenge with the hashtag #5DaysFearless, you will be entered into the pool. Don’t forget to make your accounts public so I can see you! You will not go through this challenge alone. We are going to do it together!

#3. Each day I will get on Periscope at 12pm EST to answer questions on the day’s challenge. If you aren’t familiar with this social media platform, it is a live broadcast app that is associated with Twitter. If you have no desire to use this app- no problem! You don’t need it. I will send a link via email for you to view the broadcast without the app. The great thing about this platform is that we can interact and you can talk with other people doing the challenge.

Don’t forget to sign up HERE! If you don’t sign up, you can’t play. 😉

I can’t wait for you to join the challenge!
